Here is Father Ken's message regarding his illness:
Hello everyone,
Well, the "under the weather" Flocknote I sent out this morning turns out to be COVID (my third time). I had cold-like symptoms on Friday [December 1], and I have been testing every day since. This morning, Monday [December 4], I tested positive for the first time.
Therefore, anyone who had ten to fifteen minutes of exposure to me within six feet starting last Thursday [November 30] should monitor how you feel. Definitely give yourself a COVID test if you feel ill.
Consulting with my Doctor, he says that reliable guidelenes now would say that it may be a good idea to test three days after your exposure regardless of how you feel, and also consider wearing a mask the next few days, especially if your going to be around people who are at risk.
Fr. Richard Lewandowski will be celebrating Mass Tuesday and Wednesday mornings this week.
Unfortunately, the faith-sharing/formation session so many of you signed up for will need to wait another week. We will have our first session based on my homily from this past weekend and the first 31 pages of "Beautiful Eucharist" at 6:30pm, Wednesday, December 13.
So sorry about this. God bless you all and keep you healthy.
