Douglas lives in Leominster with his wife of 19 years, Amanda, and their daughters Lily (age 17), Stella (15), and Amelia (11). He has a Civil Engineering degree from Northeastern University and has worked for Turner Construction Company in Boston his entire career.
Doug officially joined Our Lady of the Lake in 2013 through the R.C.I.A. program and co-chairs the Pie & Ice Cream booth at the annual Bazaar.
Cory Gendron is a married mother of three and grandmother of eight. She has been a member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish for over 28 years. She has been involved with the RCIA team, and is currently a Eucharistic Minister and greeter, and volunteers at the parish food pantry, Brown Bag Ministry and the parish bazaar.
Darcy Gendron has been a member of our parish since 1990 and a is serving the Pastoral Council for a second time. She has volunteered at the Bazaar, has been a companion for the RCIA, and has been involved with Vacation Bible School. She is a teacher at Johnny Appleseed Elementary School for 18 years. She described her greatest role as that of mother to two energetic young boys!
Elaine has been a member of the parish for over 21 years. She has been involved with many different ministries during that time, as a Religious Education teacher, a member of the RCIA team, a Eucharistic Minister, a Bazaar volunteer, a chairperson of the Pastoral Council from 2010 to 2015 and a Pastoral Minister for 5 years serving with Father Tim Brewer.
Currently she serves the parish as a Lector and a minister to the sick & homebound. Since 2005 she has been involved with Bereavement Ministry.
Tina Hebert has been a member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish since 1998. She was a Religious Education teacher for many years and is still currently involved with various Religious Education retreats and assisting with the Christmas pageant. She is also involved with the Parish Bazaar performing various roles over the years, the Sunday Coffee Shop ministry, and the annual Chowderfest.
Virginia Polley has been a member of Our Lady of the Lake Parish since 1996 along with her two daughters. She has been involved in the RCIA program as a sponsor for many candidates, has volunteered for the annual Parish Bazaar, the Social Events Committee and the Church Restoration Committee and also serves as a Eucharistic Minister.
Jessica and her husband Timothy of Fitchburg, along with their children Kaitlyn (age 18) and Ryan (age 16), have been members of Our Lady of the Lake since 2011. She volunteers at the Parish Bazaar.
Jessica just finished her master's degree at Fitchburg State University where she works as an Academic Advisor for first generation college students, students coming from a low income background, and students with disabilities.
Tim and his wife Jessica, along with their children Kaitlyn and Ryan, have been members of Our Lady of the Lake since 2011. Tim is a Eucharistic Minister and volunteers at the Parish Bazaar every year. He is a graduate of St. Bernard's Central Catholic High School as well as Anna Maria College. Tim is a Fire Lieutenant and Paramedic with the Town of Ayer Fire Department.
On his off days, he is a registered Funeral Assistant for a local funeral home.
