The ORDER OF CHRISTIAN INITIATION FOR ADULTS (OCIA) Sacramental Preparation is the process used by the Catholic Church for adults who sincerely desire to join the Church.
An OCIA instructional team is tasked with introducing and thoroughly immersing all candidates in each of the steps needed to become fully initiated members of the Church. These adults are prepared to receive the Sacraments at the Easter Vigil.
